The Vape House is an independent UK vape retailer founded in 2015 by ex-smokers who used vaping to successfully quit cigarettes. What started as a small local shop in Caerphilly, South Wales, has grown into a business serving customers both in-store and online across the UK.
Our first shop opened at 85 Cardiff Road, Caerphilly, followed by a second location at Piccadilly Square. From the beginning, our focus has been simple: provide honest advice, reliable products, and a welcoming environment for people looking to move away from smoking.
Our Story
After experiencing first-hand how vaping helped us quit smoking, we wanted to create a place where others could get clear, practical guidance without pressure or confusion. As ex-smokers ourselves, we understand the challenges people face when making the switch.
In 2020, we launched our online store to make our products and support accessible to customers beyond Caerphilly, while continuing to operate our physical shops and serve the local community.
