The Vape House was founded in 2015 by ex-smokers who used vaping to quit cigarettes. Not as a business idea — as a genuine solution to a problem they'd lived with for years.
After it worked, they wanted to create a place where others could get the same honest, practical guidance they wished they'd had. No pressure. No jargon. Just real advice from people who understand the switch.
What started as a single shop on Cardiff Road in Caerphilly has grown into two local stores and a UK-wide online presence — but the approach hasn't changed.
